About

You deal with the person who builds it.

Al Kabbani Solutions is an AI and automation studio in the United Kingdom, led by Bashir Al Kabbani. We build custom systems for businesses with a specific, expensive, repetitive problem, and we price every one of them against what it gives back.

01No account layer

There is no account layer here. The person who scopes the work is the person who builds it, which means nothing is lost in the handover and nobody is incentivised to sell you a larger project than the problem deserves.

We take one build at a time, so yours has someone’s full attention from the first call to the handover. It is why they finish, and why the number we start each month is limited.

02Where it comes from

The background is data analysis. Years spent on the unglamorous end of it, where the job is getting a defensible number out of systems that were not designed to give you one, and then explaining why it is defensible.

That shapes what gets built here. Every problem gets measured before anything is proposed, every assumption is labelled as one, and every claim on this site carries a number you can check, including the ones about our own work.

How this shows up Every proposal names what it assumes and what it would cost if the assumption is wrong.
03How we write

Write like the surveyor, not like the vendor.

It is the rule for everything that leaves here, this website included. Report what is measurable. Say what a thing costs and what it gives back. Every claim carries a number you can check.

It is why the work page gives you the mechanism and the arithmetic rather than a wall of logos. The businesses these systems run inside did not sign up to be marketing material, and you can judge a build far better from what it replaced than from a quote someone was asked to approve.

Ask for the detail

Every build on the work page can be walked through end to end on a call, in as much technical depth as you want.

In one line

Every build has to pay for itself, and you see the arithmetic first.
